With over 8 years of active experience, Dara has learnt from some of the leading Performance Coaches within the Industry. Through this he has gained a valuable insight into high level training protocols along with a highly effective approach in developing long-term health and performance.

As a Coach; Dara approaches each individual from a pre-hab point of view - After assessing your current structural health; he then builds your ‘roadmap to potential’ . He prides himself on educating each and every member whilst building their self-confidence and awareness.

Dara’s philosophy to health and fitness is simple;

‘…Build a lifestyle that is based around movement and function, develop your strength, body awareness and never neglect your mind’

Coach Dara adopts a unique approach to how you view your fitness and your perception of training. Physical and mental development is the key to long-term success and is the backbone of how he develops each member and athlete.

Ciaran’s approach to training and Coaching is simple - optimize your health and performance via strength, knowledge and fun! Over the years; Ciaran has developed an eye for detail, something which he strives to instill within all his athletes. Through corrective training, he aims to enhance the lives of his clients while building a sense of confidence and awareness.

Ciaran’s philosophy to Health and Wellbeing is basic, yet all encompassing:

‘...Build a strong body using safe movement patterns, eat in a way to enhance performance and enjoy the journey!’

Ciaran has spent time learning from some of Europe’s top trainers and gained a valuable insight into various training modalities, which he then alters to meet the needs of his athletes. With solid knowledge and a friendly approach; Ciaran educates, guides and has fun along the way!
